Well issue fixed.

The problem is located on player on administrator album card.

I have removed player for preview of songs in albums card because enter in conflict with toolbars.

Now here you can find a fix .

1st make a backup of two file in administrator/components/com_musicbox

admin.musicbox.html.php

admin.musicbox..php

or rename these two file  

admin.musicbox.html.php_bak

admin.musicbox..php_bak

2nd

extract files from patch package and upload these two file in your 

administrator/components/com_musicbox

Now Save and Apply come to works again
